Refund and Returns Policy

At Carzella, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and cancellations are accepted for purchases and rentals made on Carzella.shop.

1. Returns for Purchased Vehicles

Due to the nature of vehicle sales, all purchases are considered final once the vehicle is delivered or collected. However, under certain conditions, we may consider return requests within **7 days** of delivery if: The vehicle was delivered with undisclosed major defects. The wrong vehicle was delivered (does not match the agreed specifications). Conditions for Return: Vehicle must be unused beyond test driving. Odometer reading should not exceed a reasonable test distance. Vehicle must be in original condition. Please note: A restocking or handling fee may apply.

2. Refunds for Car Rentals

Cancellations for rental bookings may be eligible for a refund depending on the timing: 100% Refund: Cancelled at least 48 hours before pickup. 50% Refund: Cancelled within 24–48 hours before pickup. No Refund: Cancelled less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup or for no-shows. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases: Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after vehicle delivery. Damages caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents post-delivery. Late rental returns or early returns (no partial refunds). Vehicles altered or modified after purchase.

4. Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be offered in rare cases where a purchased vehicle or rented car is found to be defective upon immediate inspection. Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

5. How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a return or refund request: Provide your order or booking ID. Clearly describe the issue and provide supporting images if applicable. Submit your request through our customer support portal.

6. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time. Please review it periodically before placing an order or making a booking.
